Exercises to sophisticate your self:  Me talking with my self, few steps to start to work

Go to an empty space, no objects, no phone, no mother, no teachers, no children, no pressure, take your time and use it.

 

Decide for how long are you going to work.

 

Create a clear list of task that you need to achieve by the end of the session.

 

Researching a subject you don´t know. Keep in mind: the things that you know you don’t need to research, you know them, you practice them and you use them in the right moment.

 

What ever you find, try to be honest about it. Do not talk about it, do not explain it, just do it, express it through your physicality.

 

The mind is serving the body, you have within yourself tools to transform you into something different to what you are use to be.

 

You should be very aware of everything that passes through you: fantasies, ideas, emotions, memories all of it may be something or nothing. Only you will know what you need to follow and what you need to leave behind.

 

Make clear decisions. Nobody will do it for you.

 

Respect what ever comes you way. If nothing comes, be calm, nothing is the best place to be. After a long time at nothing some thing will come. You can leave it or take it.

 

Sleep if you need it, don’t feel shame for that, scream if you need don’t feel shame for that, but stay there until nothing became something.

 

You have achieved the tasks, you have different materials, placed in the space, it does not matter if the are not interconnected with each other, they not need to be, we are not looking for that, you just need to know what comes first and what comes after, and play with the material individually without trying to create any story or connections.

 

 Let’s the things speak by the own and let’s the time give an organic orther, in other to create a frame.
